I wish my hair daily because I am a blonde and I workout most days of the week so my hair gets drenched in sweat (it’s not ideal) but I only shampoo the roots and hold the rest out of the way. I use regular conditioner and also leave in conditioner.

Hi Beth, it really depends on how thick and long your hair is. I use around half a teaspoon and I have mid-length hair to my shoulders. A little goes a long way though so I would just add a few drops/amounts at a time and massage in. You can always add more.

Do u do the inversion head massage with coconut oil on dry, unwashed hair or wet, clean hair? If done on dry hair, how long until washed out & how much coconut oil shld I use? The phases run simultaneously so some hairs on your head will be in the Anagen phase and others in Telogen. For each hair strand, the Anagen phase should start again once the Telogen phase is complete, but some people may experience longer Telogen phases meaning hair is shedding but no new hair is growing.

I need to grow out my hair in three weeks for an event and I have tried these methods but they do not seem to be working for my hair (my hair hair is African, soft and natural). The coconut oil is working but it works so slowly on my hair, and it will take about two months to grow it out how I want at the rate it is growing. Please me with tips, hacks, tricks. Anything.
