Every mornin on an empty stomach have a glass full of carrot o beetroot juice. Do not brush ur hair when its wet. Also oil ur hair atleast 2 hours before ur bath. Have multivitamin supplements daily at nite before sleeping. Have a good haircut atleast every 4 months.
Hi Ruby, I’m afraid I can’t guarantee the rapid hair growth as everyone is different but from my personal experience I managed to grow my hair 1 inch in a week when I did all the above tips. Please give it a go and be sure to measure a section of your hair before and after. Good luck!

My experience using coconut oil is really good, I just love it! It’s just soo mositurizing and conditioning I apply it twice a week and my hair is perfect and very healthy. But only applying oils wont help if we also eat healthy food that will help us alot more! Like foods rich in Omega 3 fatty acids, ex: Flaxseed. Hey there, dandruff and an unhealthy scalp could be contributing to your hair problems. I would start with trying to get rid of the dandruff, there are quite a few over-the-counter treatments or you could find a natural remedy (apple cider vinegar perhaps?) to help. It’s really important to maintain a healthy scalp so I would recommend doing this, cutting back on how many times you wash your hair as if you wash it more frequently it could make the problem worse. Try a little head massage every few days too, drink plenty of water and a healthy balanced diet with plenty of protein. It may take time, but hopefully, you will start to see an improvement – let me know how you get on!

But hey – whoa there, Dr Hawkshaw. Some of us aren’t actually “suffering” from hair loss. Some of us bald guys are enjoying not having any hair, and see no need for this new treatment, and in fact see you scientists constantly trying to cleanse the world of our rugged, sensitive, yet ultimately hairless look as something of an insult.
In my experience egg is pretty much a shampoo and I wouldn’t reccomend using shampoo. I’d recommend rinsing your egg filled hair in cold water and using conditioner after for fragrance. I personally don’t get a bad egg smell when I use no shampoo and just conditioner. Also when using oil I like to oil it over night then wash using an egg or two. Then condition, no shampooing. Shampoo is bad for your hair
I shaved my head this time last year and had about 8 inches of growth from that time. Growing fast is totally an issue for me but also once I grow it out the bottom 3 inches or so are dead. And I mean D.E.A.D. frizzy, white nasty dead ends. What the heck causes that and what do I do?
Hi,I had lost my hair because of bad diets specially in-front of my head was terrible.It affected on my self confident badly.But I started to apply a combination of Castor oil(2/3)+ Coconut oil(1/3). Hi there…sorry to hear that! I like to alternate with the oils. I wash my hair every other day, so when I’m not washing my hair I do the inversion method without any oil and then when I am washing my hair the next morning I will use coconut oil when massaging and leave it overnight. You can adapt the method to suit your needs, for example if you only wash your hair once a week then you can use coconut oil just once, but still do the inversion the rest of the days without oil. I hope that makes sense!
