Hi Lewis! Thanks for joining the discussion. I have a similar problem in that my hair at the back of my head take longer to grow than the front! I would try the inversion method and concentrate on these areas alone so you’ll be boosting the blood flow around the sides. Make sure you measure your hair before and after to see whether it’s worked on not. Remember, massage those sides every day for five minutes for seven days.

Hi Cindy I’m not too sure really it depends on your normal hair growth rate and whether these tips personally work for you.Why don’t you give them a go and make sure you keep a record of your length of hair every few weeks?

Hi Charity. It sounds like your hair needs some nourishment! All is not lost, though, coconut oil should soon sort you out. I’d recommend using coconut oil a few times a week, regular trims (to keep your hair healthy and from splitting, which will lead to it shortening) and finally the inversion method to stimulate hair growth.
