I would get a trim about 1-2 inches to tidy up your ends then use a moisturising oil on your hair every week. Are you using hot tools and how often are you washing your hair?

I would try the inversion method and concentrate on these areas alone so you’ll be boosting the blood flow around the sides. I would start with trying to get rid of the dandruff, there are quite a few over-the-counter treatments or you could find a natural remedy (apple cider vinegar perhaps?) to help. It’s really important to maintain a healthy scalp so I would recommend doing this, cutting back on how many times you wash your hair as if you wash it more frequently it could make the problem worse. Try a little head massage every few days too, drink plenty of water and a healthy balanced diet with plenty of protein. So… it might be a little too early to share my thoughts, because it’s been only a few days I read this things above, but somewhere in my unconsciousness I never really wanted to believe these tips work, because for example on youtube – where I spend half my life – there are so many videos about this, and they are so clickbait, and the uploaders basically advertise a lot of products as well if you know what I mean.. But your tutorial seemed legit to me, and I’ve read it from the first word to the last. So what I did was to buy… let me get them… uhm so here we go: HARKONTROLL BOOST that says it contains keratin, zink, koppar, (copper ???), niacin, pantotensyra, vitamin B6, and BIOTIN, I also bought B Active tablettes, that mentions TONS of vitamins on the container, and I bought some walnuts, pecans, and peanuts as well. Then the inversion method… I already did 4 days, so there is 3 more left, and in the first 2 days I did not actually hang my head down, I was just lying on the bed, and I don’t use coconut oil, I just applied some Garnier hair conditioner before the 5 minute massage… but I think the change is already visible. Also my hair is very short now, and during the last week I pushed it back with a beanie, but today when I got out of the shower I pulled my “bangs” down on my forehead, and I think it wasn’t that long a week ago. Keep in mind I have 3 days left of the inversion method, but since I decided to grow my hair long again, I will repeat the process in January. If I do so, I will share if I got good results
