You can do the inversion method without oil – just gently massage your scalp every day for the 7 days. You have said your hair is dry, so first and foremost I would recommend a coconut oil treatment to renourish it and get it looking and feeling healthy again. I’ve heard before that you can use Vitamin E oil in shampoo in your hair to help it detangle and I’ve also heard that you can use it on a scar or something like that in order to thin the blood a little and make it heal faster so that would definitely help blood flow, so if there’s no other underlying medical issues do you think it would be okay to use Vitamin E oil mixed with coconut oil for the inversion method to induce more blood flow to the hair follicles
Hi Mrunmayee. Your hair’s rate of growth depends on many different factors, so giving an accurate estimate would be hard. The hair grows an average of 1/2 inch per month, so if you measure from your shoulders to your waist, you should get a rough idea of how long this will take. Thanks! I’ve just purchased Aloe Juice and Rosemary OE and will be figuring out how to use them. What would be your suggestion for the amount of zinc we should be taking…not for a therapy, but normally? I take extra C, D, B5, and Fish oil. My hair is thinner than it used to be, but some of that may be hereditary. I definitely want to improve it and not let it get thinner!
