Hi there Xander. I’m glad you had faith to trust out tutorial! We really have had lots of success with it and I hope you do too. The one thing I would mention is that when doing the inversion method, it’s extremely important to hang your head low. This forces blood to rush to the head which helps to stimulate the hair follicles and promote growth. Do let us know how you got on – we can’t wait to see the results! 🙂
Deep condition your hair by adding five to 10 drops of essential oil to 3 to 4 ounces of castor oil, olive oil, jojoba oil or sunflower oil. Hi there, I use a ruler or a tape measure. I take some hairs from the front, side and back and measure them separately and note them down. Just pull your hair a little taught and then measure the entire strand – you might want some help from a friend!
Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. Apply a volumizing conditioner to the strands and roots of your hair every time you shampoo. Avoid putting the conditioner on the top of your head near the roots of the hair, which can make hair appear thinner by weighing it down.
Use a “dry shampoo” to treat your hair in between washes. It keeps it looking fresh and has the added benefit of making hair look thicker. Dry shampoo is a powder you can comb through your hair, especially around the roots, between washings.

Hi Lewis! Thanks for joining the discussion. I have a similar problem in that my hair at the back of my head take longer to grow than the front! I would try the inversion method and concentrate on these areas alone so you’ll be boosting the blood flow around the sides. Make sure you measure your hair before and after to see whether it’s worked on not. Remember, massage those sides every day for five minutes for seven days.
On the 20th of December 2017, I was playing with my short, dried hair (which was on average 1 inch) in the front of my head but I accidentally tangled it so bad that I had to cut it off with a pair of stationnary scissors. It is very noticeable when I have a high ponytail but you can’t see it when I have a low ponytail when it is split down the middle. Luckily it’s quite small (2.5cmx1.5cm) but I’m scared that it might not grow back. Do you think it will grow back and if so, what do you recommend for my hair?
