Try olaplex treatments. Stop heat styling for a while, rinse in the shower with cold water. Use cold air with the blow dryer. Use quality salon shampoo and conditioner AND leave in conditioner. Eat fruits and vegetables daily, protein at every meal. Take a daily multivitamin and omega 3 fish or krill oil. (Do not take omega 6 or 9 is it unnecessary.) And most of all patience – it will grow back!

Hi Gabrielle, Sorry to hear you’re insecure about your hair. To find out if you’re losing hair, you need to go to the doctors or see a specialist. They will look at your scalp for any evidence of this, including bald patches. Most of the time, hair gets thinner towards the ends as it splits.
