Hi Vinita, yes hair specialists do say you shouldn’t wash every day but everyone is different. Some days I do wash my hair every day butI try to cut it down to every other day. I would suggest using the oil on days when you want to wash your hair the next morning, and simply omit the oil on days when you do not want to wash your hair. You can do the inversion method without oil too – I hope that helps 🙂

Can help u so use olive oil or any type of oil soak the oil in your hair for at least 20-30 min this will prevent no itchy scalp or thin hair wash the oil out or leave it in overnight them wash with a mild shampoo and will be as light as a feather thanks hope this comment/suggestion worked bye xxxxx ??????

Hi there I have purchased the Lee Stafford hair growth treatment and leave in conditioner. I am just wondering what the best way to use the treatment is? It says to use in between shampoo and conditioner? Is this best way to use it or do you advise putting the treatment in and leaving overnight before shampooing etc the next morning? Thanks
