The look I created here is effortless. My client is low maintenance, but in no means sloppy. We took her faded out summer golden blonde and used Wella color to add dimension and shine and cut it into a medium bob with lots of texture.
This is a great start for anyone with thicker, darker hair that’s looking to go into their first balayage. It’s a realistic goal, plus it lends itself to less maintenance by working with the client’s natural color and blending the hand-painted color up into the client’s root.
The overall styling is for any woman on the go. By having waves instead of curls, it never looks like it lost its look as it loosens through the day. The layers take out weight and add movement, creating the texture which is all the rage right now!
Hello sissy….m so tansed because of excessive hair loss even i stop using comb also m just 27 what to do?i tried a lot but there is no solution i want my hair back otherwise there is no option accept suicide….being a women it’s very difficult to face the world without hair…..i like your suggestion i want to know more about Hair loss solution…thankyou have a good day
Last year I chopped 10 inches off my hair and immediately panicked. What had I done? I’m sure you’ve had a similar, post-haircut moment of regret. I wanted a change, but I didn’t realize just how drastic it would be. As I reeled to figure out how to remedy this now irreversible situation, I recalled reading somewhere that hair grows an average of 6 inches a year…so regrowing those 10 inches could take me almost two full years! (And that’s not factoring in trims and breakage). I felt stuck without my hair and now had a new mission: to reclaim it.
Your scrunchie-busting hair can be a hazard: One of our editors had an elastic fail dramatically while on a date. Her cascading waves would have had that sexy librarian-letting-her-hair-down vibe if the errant hair tie hadn’t ended up in the dude’s wine glass.
Washing too infrequently can also be harmful. People with thinning hair often find themselves more susceptible to dandruff and scalp conditions which can be avoided by regular (though not daily) washing.
Oh no sorry to hear that, how frustrating for you! I definitely recommend the scalp massage using some natural oils like coconut or olive oil. Try this every day for 5 minutes once a day for a week and let me know how you get on.
I have very long hair with dandruff 🙁 and whenever i brush my hair i can find a lot of hair fall, so please do help me out and if you don’t mind i also have acne problem on my back which are reduced now 🙂 but the acne marks look bad so can you suggest me some tips to remove acne marks 🙂

Hi Meredith. It sounds to me like the chlorine is definitely damaging your hair. Are you using a water-tight cap when swimming? Additionally, are you having it cut regularly? Chlorine will damage your hair, making it more prone to splitting. Regular haircuts will prevent this. I would recommend using a weekly hair treatment, such as coconut oil or a specific hair mask from LUSH to reinject nutrients back into your hair. I hope this helps. Thanks, Steph
This haircut is shorter on the sides and in the back. The back is shortest at the nape and gradually gets longer towards the crown, giving the crown area beautiful volume. It is layered on top, shorter in the back, and longer in the front.
I had to cut my hair really short cause I bleached my hair way to much and it got stretchy but now I want my hair to grow at least 5 inches if I do all of the things you said in this article how long would it take to grow my hair 5 inches

Topical ointments are generally for people experiencing hair loss. They may help your hair grow. Studies show that these products are effective in treating alopecia, or hair loss, and promoting hair growth:
This bob is asymmetric and has a deep side part. The heavier side of the part is layered more to make sure it isn’t too bulky. The lighter side of the part isn’t layered as much since there isn’t as much hair on that side.
A human study conducted in 2015 investigated the clinical efficacy of rosemary oil in the treatment of androgenetic alopecia. Patients with androgenetic alopecia were treated for six months with either rosemary oil or minoxidil (2 percent), which served as a the control group. Minoxidil is a medication used to stimulate hair growth and slow balding.
Hi Charity. It sounds like your hair needs some nourishment! All is not lost, though, coconut oil should soon sort you out. I’d recommend using coconut oil a few times a week, regular trims (to keep your hair healthy and from splitting, which will lead to it shortening) and finally the inversion method to stimulate hair growth. I hope this helps 🙂

I always get oily, unkempt looking hair after I use coconut oil. It helps my hair but it’s awfully hard to style when you have to be out for most of the day and you still want to look acceptable. Any tips?
Keratin-based products fill out the hair cuticle and defrizz, says Santiago. She likes Sally Hershberger Hyper Hydration Super Keratin Spray for year-round use, plus a little extra styling time in summer. “I know that’s when everyone wants the ease of wash-and-go styles, but for women with thick hair, it’s worth taking the time to really work in the product to avoid a bad hair day.”
Getting regular trims gives you the appearance of having thicker hair. In the long run, regularly trimming the hair also helps your hair grow healthy from root to tip. This is also among the most amazing tips on how to grow thick hair naturally at home in one month that I would like to share in the entire article today and people should not skip at all costs!
I do a mix of…OLIVE OIL CASTRO OIL COCNUT OIL WITH. SOME VITAMIN E…MASAGE IT IN SCALP SEI WARM WAIT 30 TO 45 MIN..OR LEAVE IN IN OVER NIGHT. IT WORKS WONDERS…LEAVEZ HAIR NICE N SMOOTH HEALTHY N GROWS FASTER.
I was enjoying reading your supplied information – until you mentioned bathing and the Catholic Church – I googled the same topic and discovered that you were definitely wrong in your assertions that the catholic Church banned bathing in the Middle Ages. The Church did no such thing. As an educator and a History enthusiast it annoys me no end when writers, commentators etc make sweeping statements whether it be about a particular church, faith belief, society, peoples, etc that they obviously know nothing about. For me the lack of research points also to an ignorance, a laziness, on the side of the writer who just wants to be popular, like a child, or wants to sound as if they actually know something. Stick to what you know please. You only make a fool of your self otherwise!
If this could be developed into an effective treatment, then it could have a significant impact on those suffering from hair loss, which for many can cause psychological and mental distress. Currently, treatment is very limited, with patients either having to take one of two drugs – minoxidil and finasteride – or go under the knife and get a hair transplant. While the latter is often quite successful, it is obviously quite invasive, while the two drugs often have mixed results.
Massage your hair and scalp with warm olive oil and leave it on for at least 30 to 45 minutes. Rinse it out thoroughly and wash your hair using a mild shampoo. You can also leave the oil on your hair overnight and then shampoo your hair the next morning.
Four times per week, I applied a stimulating essential oil infusion made of 3 teaspoons of castor oil infused with 6 drops of rosemary essential oil or peppermint oil. To use it, massage the infusion into the scalp. Cover your head with a warm towel and let the steam trigger circulation to the head.
I personally use a natural biotin shampoo made by a company called Jason’s. Biotin benefits include being known for hair fortifying and thickening, as it’s a B vitamin that helps with your hair, skin and nails — making all of them stronger. You can get Jason’s at Whole Foods, you can order online, but again this is a great brand.
I would describe this look as a cross between a lob and an updated shag. I love how flattering the bang shape is on the face and how easy it can be to style if the wearer embraces their natural texture. It’s such a fun and modern look!
Yes egg is giving amazing result..but not possible to use every one (middle class fmlys) bcoz its littlebit expensive..so can I suggest them use it once in a week?? Or give me another option because there is lots of hairfall prblm.
It will all depend on preference and what your needs are. Egg is great for hair but is also drying, so if you have drier hair you’ll want more oil to water, but less than egg. If you have oily hair use more water to oil, but again, less than the amount you have in egg. I’d say use a tablespoon at a time and perhaps try a 1:2 or if you have longer hair 2:4/4:8 etc.
Throw away products that have harsh chemicals. Instead, look for products that promise to help the hair grow thicker and longer. Take a look at the natural ingredients that boost up hair growth and avoid harming the hair with harmful chemicals. This is also one of the most amazing tips on how to grow thick hair naturally at home in one month that I would like to share in the entire article today and people should not skip at all costs!
Honey is a great hair conditioner that makes your hair smooth and boosts the health of hair follicles which are responsible for hair growth. Honey is a natural antioxidant and will make your scalp healthy and stimulate hair growth. Also, this ingredient prevents moisture loss from the scalp because of the high sugar content. This leads to prevention of hair fall and hair follicles strength.
Both are reasonably priced so make sure you eat at least one portion of either once a day and you’ll start to notice not only a healthier bowel, but you skin hair and nails should look better than ever.
Hi Kayla, thanks for your comments. It’s definitely possible to improve the quality and health of your hair on a limited budget, in my article you’ll find a few different ways to boost hair growth and make your hair stronger. Firstly it’s important to eat plenty of Biotin-rich foods such as eggs, almonds, pecans, walnuts, milk, salmon and avocado. Scalp massage will help boost the blood flow and promote hair growth, you can read more about this in the article, and finally oils definitely help. I do like argan oil, but I prefer raw coconut oil. I hope this helps!
Don’t put your client in a box, but be honest about what is realistic for your guest regarding cut, color, and upkeep. They will appreciate you for this. After all, we are the experts and it’s our responsibility to keep our their hair healthy, current, and life-changing.
The researchers found that of the nine patients with iron deficiency anemia, eight had telogen hair loss. The mean ferritin (a protein in the body that binds to iron) level was statistically significantly lower in patients with diffuse telogen hair loss than in subjects without hair loss. The study suggests that women with an iron deficiency are at a higher risk of hair loss, and serum ferritin levels below or equal to 30 milligrams/milliliter are strongly associated with telogen hair loss. Hi Jodie. Glad to hear you’re going to try some of our hair-growth tips! I would start with 1 heaped tablespoon of coconut oil and go from there – you want to make sure your hair is fully saturated. Brand-wise, organic, unrefined is best. Coconut oil is only available in solid form – it’s solid at room temperature. To liquify it, simply massage in your hands before applying to hair. I hope this helps 🙂
Too much protein can affect your kidneys. It may also cause your hair to become brittle, although this is rare. It’s best to get protein from your diet and not supplements. You can get protein from vegetables, nuts, yogurt, and other foods.
The growth of human hair occurs everywhere on the body except for the soles of the feet, the lips, palms of the hands, some external genital areas, the navel, scar tissue, and, apart from eyelashes, the eyelids. Like skin, hair is a stratified squamous keratinized epithelium made of multi-layered flat cells whose rope-like filaments provide structure and strength to the hair shaft.
Search for people whose eyes have changed colour naturally thanks to a raw diet. Thats the only time I’ve heard of eyes becoming lighter. don’t put anything in your eyes apart from sterile herbal eye drops – eyes are fragile!!!
Hi.. I am suffering from eccessive hair fall. I am taking keraglo eva as suggested by doctor from last one month but its not working. I am getting married in 2 months. Please suggest what should i do to stop hair fall and grow and thicken my hair .
Hey, I have really curly hair and I used to hate it a lot so I would straighten my hair everyday and it’s my biggest regret cuz I fried my hair… I want to regrow it and I’ve tried everything possible. What is you main recommendation to get my hair length back
For this look, I recommend using a heat protectant, weightless volume, shine serum, and a light hold hairspray. I specifically used these Aveda products: Brilliant Damage Control, Phomollient, Light Elements Smoothing Fluid and Air Control Hairspray.
There is no need to rinse out the aloe vera (as long as it is pure aloe vera gel). I always massage it into my scalp (and hair) after washing my hair (two times a week). It works great as a leave-in-treatment for scalp and hair – and as a healthy volume-and-moisturizing hair gel!
As mentioned, i’ve tried all kinds of natural and prescription solutions with minimal results. In addition I suffer from Hashimotos disease which may or may not be playing a part in my hair loss. I currently take levothyroxine daily to cope with this. I’ve always had a suspicion that since taking this drug for the past few years, i’ve lost more hair. It may just be a coincidence in timing.
At first, the sting was persistent and vivid, like getting dumped or supporting Arsenal. But over time, I started to kind of enjoy not having any hair, and am now glad it fell off in the first place. Sure, sometimes I look at people like Antonio Banderas and think “Christ, I’d rock the hell out of a slicked-back ponytail look”, but the arduous upkeep of your barnet – styling products, shampoo, conditioner, haircuts, trying to fit it into certain types of hat without looking stupid – far outweigh being able to rock the hell out of a ponytail, or any kind of hairstyle.
