Avoid applying essential oils directly to your skin. You can dilute the oil with a few drops of essential oil per ounce of carrier oil. Two other oils that may help include rosemary and peppermint oil. While the trials have been animal studies, results suggest that these oils may benefit hair growth.
Direct sun exposure is the best way to absorb vitamin D, plus you can detox your body with the sun. Sit in the sun for roughly 10–15 minutes to absorb about 10,000 units of natural vitamin D. Topical application of vitamin D might also play a role in the restoration of hair cycle dysfunction in patients with alopecia areata. To increase your vitamin D levels with food sources, eat vitamin D-rich foods like halibut, mackerel, eel, salmon, whitefish, swordfish, maitake mushrooms and portabella mushrooms.

Male Pattern Hair Loss — Male pattern hair loss is also known as androgenic alopecia. This is the most common type of hair loss in men, and one major cause is genetics or having a family history of baldness. Hey! In somewhere in may I had got a layered hair cut. I liked it but then started not liking it after 3 months so I cut it again into a layers. when the stylist cut my it was horrible. Absolutely horrible. I felt like crying because my hair was ruined. My friends made fun of me because of my hair. After 4 months it grew. And I cut it straight but the hairs on the top of my head were still very short. (About 4 inches difference between my top hair and low hair) It still looks horrible so I had to clip the top hair up. The next month later I again cut my hair straight. This all happened in December and now it’s 23ed Feb 2016. My hair still looks weird. I’m desperate for my top hair to grow faster. I have just tried to heat up coconut oil and message my scalp with it. I also tie my hair into two plaits. Could you please give me some tips on how to grow my top hair faster? I want it Atleast 4 inches long but quickly. If you know Lindsey Stirling you’ll see that her top hair is very short from her bottom hair. Please reply as soon as.possible.

Hi Sarah. It sounds like you achieved really great results with your hair growth. The problem is that hair needs regular maintenance, or else the ends will become unhealthy and split. I’d recommend you to get it cut regularly (a small trim every 2 months) from now on. I hope this helps 🙂
Please help. My hair has always been my pride and joy. I figured since it is pretty damn healthy, it could deal with some bleach damage. And I figured the master stylist who did all the color-corrections would know how much would be too much. I was wrong, and now I want to burst into tears every time I look at my hair or touch it. I just don’t know what to do. my hair has also NEVER been shorter than this and it breaks and falls out. What should i do to regrow hair?
– Eat a healthy diet high in protein and iron , chick peas are great for hair health because your getting enough iron & protein that you need . You can also include other healthy foods like meat , chicken , Salmon , dairy products , fruit and vegetables and supplements like biotin which is great for keeping the hair strong and healthy , if none of these options work go to the doctor and have some blood test done to see what is causing it , overall I hope these options work for you .
Hi! I just got engaged, and I’m trying g to grow my hair back out to my waist where it used to be. I have about a year and seven months, and I want my hair back!! It’s to my Hawking now, so I’d say it’s about a fourth of the way there, and with an average of about six inches a year it’d be close but I’m really hoping you can recommend something to help me! My hair is naturally really fine but it’s strong and healthy! Please help!
I will definitely be trying this advice. My hair is currently at my waist, but my man would love for it to reach my ankles lol. My issues are dry brittle hair that also falls out easily. I love extremely hot showers and am certainly not looking forward to the cold rinse, but if it does nothing but stop it from falling out so easy, it’s definitely worth a try. Thanks for the advice. I’m also amazed at the amount of people still asking, How do I make my hair grow faster?” Um, try actually reading the article, or if needed, read it again.
I always get oily, unkempt looking hair after I use coconut oil. It helps my hair but it’s awfully hard to style when you have to be out for most of the day and you still want to look acceptable. Any tips?

It will all depend on preference and what your needs are. Egg is great for hair but is also drying, so if you have drier hair you’ll want more oil to water, but less than egg. If you have oily hair use more water to oil, but again, less than the amount you have in egg. I’d say use a tablespoon at a time and perhaps try a 1:2 or if you have longer hair 2:4/4:8 etc.

Studies show that women with an iron deficiency are at a higher risk of hair loss, and serum ferritin levels below or equal to 30 milligrams/milliliter are strongly associated with telogen hair loss. Low serum zinc levels have also been linked to alopecia areata cases.
