Hi Em, I can only recommend the Inversion Method which states you should massage for 7 days every 4 weeks. Scalp massage is always beneficial, but for rapid growth I think you should stick to the 7 days and see how it works for you. Cutting out heat and eating a rich protein diet will certainly help.

Hey guys, thanks for the fantastic tips in this article! I didn’t know prior to the benefits of coconut oil on hair as I found it very sticky and hard to style my hair. It was my mother who would regularly apply this on weekends I guess it was an indian practice but I’m glad that she did and now I know the benefits. I can grow 1-1.5 inches per month. Every mornin on an empty stomach have a glass full of carrot o beetroot juice. Do not brush ur hair when its wet. Also oil ur hair atleast 2 hours before ur bath. Have multivitamin supplements daily at nite before sleeping. Have a good haircut atleast every 4 months.
Wear a swim cap in chlorinated pools. Have you ever had a stylist ask you if you’re a swimmer? Chlorine stays in hair and makes it visibly dry and damaged. Protect your hair in the pool, or be sure to wash it with a good shampoo before the chlorine dries.
Jamee, The best things you can do for healthy hair is eliminating junk food, processed (packaged) foods and eating organic as much as possible, exercising regularly, and drinking lots of pure water. Going natural with beauty products and cleaning products will also help. But these suggestions will also do so very much more than just give you healthy hair. One of the reasons ur hair is falling is because u wash it everyday. That makes ur hair fall Very Very badly. I’ll give u some tips that worked for me. I had very curly, thin and short hair but now I have thick hair which falls to my waist! This is wat I use: castor oil mixed with almond oil (or olive oil) I use this everyday or sometimes after every 2 days. And also the shampoo and conditioner that I use and realllllllly helped me are Mane ‘n Tail- if u live in uae or india (asia basically) u can get them at Spinney’s- and I use egg for my hair and if ur growing out ur hair then STAY AWAY FROM HEAT (hair straighteners, blow dryers etc) because trust me, if u use heat on ur hair it will not grow quickly. Especially for people with curly hair. And do not use hair sprays or heat protectants they really damage ur hair and make it dry.

I am on a tight budget, so I use regular veg oil, and beeten eggs for protein. When I get back on my feet again, I’ll use the coconut oil, I know it works. Until then what I am using is working, my hair is thicker, shinny, and longer, I have gotten comments on my hair, I’m 50 years old, my hair was thinning and brittle. It takes a while longer, but I’m happy. Now my ex-husband can eat his heart out at my daughter’s wedding in June, cause he loves long hair and mine is growing below my boobs. Lol
