Hey, I’m not very old but my hair has really been suffering….I had been skipping conditioner,using a lot of shampoo, showering in steaming hot water, and not getting my hair cut for maybe even over a year! I have been following these tips for about a month. My favorite meathod is using the coconut oil. Also want to ask 1 question that whenever I massage my hair and wash it. Hair falls out a lot (lot means lot) is that normal? It’s actually a normal thing for hair to fall out. Hair starts its life with a long growing phase, and usually about 80% of our hair is in this phase at any given time. But other hairs are getting ready to leave our heads.
If the client is wanting a more wavy or curly look, I recommend using a 1 to 1 1/2-inch barrel curling iron.
