Hi Heidi, that’s exactly it. The massage provides increased blood flow to the hair follicle which boosts growth, if you did it constantly then it wouldn’t be as effective. Massage is brilliant for hair health anyway so it won’t hurt to massage your hair daily but if you’re after rapid growth then you need a break in between.
My was really good and healthy 3 years ago. with time I started ironing my and using heat a lot so my is thinning its weak and I also feel like its lifeless (although its not). I started growing it by using natural oils and it did work but my hair is naturally oily and it made more oily and greasy but I did not care because it worked but at some point my hair stopped responding to the natural oil treatments and i also tried watching my diet but I think I was doing it wrong. When I see my hair 3 years back it was so healthy it was not oily or greasy it was thick. I hope you can tell me about more treatments!!!

My hair actually changes color. It is sometimes red, sometimes brown, and sometimes blond. I don’t know what color it is. It’s naturally very curly, but not ringlets, spirals. It is very, very, soft. I have tried Rosemary oil and has done wonders. I also mix apple cider vinegar with aloevera and add it to my hair while I shampoo. After shampooing, I towel dry and add morocoon oil just few drops….this makes the hair smooth and removes frizz.
Hi Allys. The inversion method is free and easy to do! Sit down with your head between your legs, and massage your scalp for 10 minutes a day. By the end of the week, you should already have noticed a dramatic increase in length. I hope this helps 🙂
