I had hairs just below the hip length… Bt got layer haircut now it is upto midback or waist length..it is due fault of hairdresser 🙁 How long it will take to get my original size of hair.. i.e. upto hip length? I need my original length as soon as possible .. I want the result within 2 months 🙁 Please suggest me some ideas… I dont lyk this length of hair…

Hi Em, I can only recommend the Inversion Method which states you should massage for 7 days every 4 weeks. Scalp massage is always beneficial, but for rapid growth I think you should stick to the 7 days and see how it works for you. Cutting out heat and eating a rich protein diet will certainly help.

I have been trying to grow my hair longer for a year and it’s just stuck, I take Biotin 10,000 mcg and my hair is thicker for sure, I have new hair, I Added collagen and vitamin c, I have not tried the inversion method, I do have dry hair, so oil is what I need, can I add egg and flaxseed oil with coconut oil when I massage my head and can I leave these ingredients overnight? Hi Kathleen I’m not too sure to be honest, if you’re experiencing some hair loss through medication then you would not want to increase it by vigorously massaging your head. I would try the rest of the tips and perhaps a more gentler scalp massage?

Hi Vinita, yes hair specialists do say you shouldn’t wash every day but everyone is different. Some days I do wash my hair every day butI try to cut it down to every other day. I would suggest using the oil on days when you want to wash your hair the next morning, and simply omit the oil on days when you do not want to wash your hair. You can do the inversion method without oil too – I hope that helps 🙂

I’m african and I have a 4B hair type. I”ve.seen the inversion method somewhere some time ago when i had a big chop and i’ve tried it. It really worked. I did mine for.4 minutes everyday, sometimes with coconut oil and sometimes with olive oil and i use Amla hair oil sometimes also. I grew up to 1-1.5 Inches per week. If the client is wanting a more wavy or curly look, I recommend using a 1 to 1 1/2-inch barrel curling iron. Starting in the front, take vertical sections and curl the hair back and away from the face. Once you reach the back of the head, start on the other side of the head and continue to curl the hair away from the face.
