My hair is so thin, it’s embarrassing!! I have a bunch of split ends, it’s frizzy, and WAY TOO THIN! Jamee, The best things you can do for healthy hair is eliminating junk food, processed (packaged) foods and eating organic as much as possible, exercising regularly, and drinking lots of pure water. Going natural with beauty products and cleaning products will also help. But these suggestions will also do so very much more than just give you healthy hair. Another very important aspect is the law of attraction. If you fear your will lose your hair, the universe will make that fear a reality. Instead, focus on gratitude for the hair you do have, and how all the improvements you are making are creating the best person you can possibly be. Going natural is always best. Hi there I have purchased the Lee Stafford hair growth treatment and leave in conditioner. I am just wondering what the best way to use the treatment is? It says to use in between shampoo and conditioner? Is this best way to use it or do you advise putting the treatment in and leaving overnight before shampooing etc the next morning? Thanks

My hair use to be really long and pretty.. i haven’t gotten it cut or anything. It’s shorter, it breaks off and everyone thinks I got a hair cut. At first, the sting was persistent and vivid, like getting dumped or supporting Arsenal. But over time, I started to kind of enjoy not having any hair, and am now glad it fell off in the first place. Sure, sometimes I look at people like Antonio Banderas and think “Christ, I’d rock the hell out of a slicked-back ponytail look”, but the arduous upkeep of your barnet – styling products, shampoo, conditioner, haircuts, trying to fit it into certain types of hat without looking stupid – far outweigh being able to rock the hell out of a ponytail, or any kind of hairstyle.
Anyway, I realize that many men my age or younger suffer from hair loss but I find myself really distraught about how I look and this affects my self confidence and my mood almost on a daily basis. I can’t think of anything more to add to the list, but I like to take in Biotin rich foods through a smoothie in the morning as it’s absorbed by your body at a faster rate. I mix a handful of spinach and kale with half a banana, 1/4 avocado, almonds and brazil nuts. I always make sure I eat a protion of brocolli every other day. Some people recommend pumpkin seed oil for hair growth – I have not tried it myself but many blogger swear by it.
