About the inversion method, why can you only do it for a week? I am looking to grow my hair out and am wondering if you can do it for several weeks for more length. Also, does this method generally seem to work with growing brand new hairs, or just current hairs?
Hi Clare, You need to massage the oil into the roots of your hair to reap the full effects. It’s best to leave the oil on for a while in order to allow it to penetrate your hair follicles properly. I hope this helps 🙂
In the essential oil mixture for hair loss, sage oil is one, just want to check it is not clary sage oil. I see a note of caution for sage oil, that it can be neurotoxic. This would be used by my husband for male pattern baldness. It looks like the clary sage is for women’s hormonal issues. Just want to make sure I buy the right thing, Thank you!

I recommend the inversion method a lot (even though I can’t guarantee it will work for everyone) because it’s free, it’s easy to do and it worked for me. I think it’s fairly easy to try out, and there is no cost involved if you do it without oil, so it is my go-to tip! I firmly believe diet is really important too which is why I ask people to follow the tips in the article – some people may not be able to implement all but diet and scalp massage is really beneficial not just for hair growth but healthy hair and body. I have been growing my hair out now it will be about 2 months on the 26th of December. Before reading all the tips and strategies that were suggested i had already been practicing a few that was mentioned.Before my beard amd head hair was very thin and wasnt growing any longer but now my hair is already about 3 inches long. Boiton was a huge factor in my journey. I take the 5000ml biotin pill with a one a day vitamin every day just to cover what my diet may be lacking. I also message my scalp once a day with miss jessies curl conditioner followed with cold water everyday . I will keep you updated on how far my hair comes.

Hi Whitney. I’m so sorry you’re having problems with your hair – we can all relate! You say it breaks off, in which case you might actually NEED a haircut. This will keep it healthy and prevent it from splitting. With regards to other solutions, have you tried any hair treatments? LUSH have some great ones, and there are also hundreds online you can make at home? It sounds to me like your hair is not necessarily struggling to grow, but is unhealthy and therefore you are losing length and fullness. I hope these tips help 🙂

So… it might be a little too early to share my thoughts, because it’s been only a few days I read this things above, but somewhere in my unconsciousness I never really wanted to believe these tips work, because for example on youtube – where I spend half my life – there are so many videos about this, and they are so clickbait, and the uploaders basically advertise a lot of products as well if you know what I mean.. But your tutorial seemed legit to me, and I’ve read it from the first word to the last. So what I did was to buy… let me get them… uhm so here we go: HARKONTROLL BOOST that says it contains keratin, zink, koppar, (copper ???), niacin, pantotensyra, vitamin B6, and BIOTIN, I also bought B Active tablettes, that mentions TONS of vitamins on the container, and I bought some walnuts, pecans, and peanuts as well. Then the inversion method… I already did 4 days, so there is 3 more left, and in the first 2 days I did not actually hang my head down, I was just lying on the bed, and I don’t use coconut oil, I just applied some Garnier hair conditioner before the 5 minute massage… but I think the change is already visible. Also my hair is very short now, and during the last week I pushed it back with a beanie, but today when I got out of the shower I pulled my “bangs” down on my forehead, and I think it wasn’t that long a week ago. Keep in mind I have 3 days left of the inversion method, but since I decided to grow my hair long again, I will repeat the process in January. If I do so, I will share if I got good results
Hi Em, I can only recommend the Inversion Method which states you should massage for 7 days every 4 weeks. Scalp massage is always beneficial, but for rapid growth I think you should stick to the 7 days and see how it works for you. Cutting out heat and eating a rich protein diet will certainly help.
as for me… I av a very stubborn hair n a lot of dandruff in my hair. I just started making my hair in may n we r in September bt still my hair seems too slow In growth. I tried relaxing it but it didn’t even relax…. it still luks virgin as usual…. so I dnt know if der could b a different solution to dis problem of mine. I am thinking it’s jst because I am a Nigerian. but still some of us have long hair including my mom. I dnt knw maybe I am not being patient or it is d nature of my hair
