– Use essential oils such as rosemary , peppermint , olive oil , coconut & Castrol oil to re grow hair , you can use these oils once or twice a week and you can heat it up in the microwave to restore blood flow to the hair cuctiles.
I am on a tight budget, so I use regular veg oil, and beeten eggs for protein. When I get back on my feet again, I’ll use the coconut oil, I know it works. Until then what I am using is working, my hair is thicker, shinny, and longer, I have gotten comments on my hair, I’m 50 years old, my hair was thinning and brittle. Secondly, I think shoulder length hair can be beautiful, so don’t worry about looking nice in those wedding pictures. I would recommend the inversion method, 100%. The coconut oil is mainly for hair repair and strength, so if you’re struggling for time, I’d opt to increase growth-rate through stimulation of the scalp. Let us know how you get on! 🙂
I had really long hair. Well back in December I cut it up to my shoulders(12in.) Got cut off. I’m in desperate need to grow it back out to its original length by May. I’ve read the article and was wondering how well it really works to try the inversion method and coconut oil works.

Actually I just rebond(straight ) my hair and its look really ugly for my face. I seriously dont know how to get rid off it. My plan is hoping my original hair grow faster so that I can just cut the straight hair. Anyway my original hair is curl.Any advise please??? Help needed
