I wash my hair every other day, so when I’m not washing my hair I do the inversion method without any oil and then when I am washing my hair the next morning I will use coconut oil when massaging and leave it overnight. You can adapt the method to suit your needs, for example if you only wash your hair once a week then you can use coconut oil just once, but still do the inversion the rest of the days without oil. I know this is not really part of the article, but if my hair has lots of split ends that reaches to my scalp, do I have no choice but to chop it off? My hair is at shoulder length and it has been like that for 2 years and it’s the same length. My hair is not that fried but it’s pretty damaged. I did the unthinkable and I chopped off the side hairs underneath to let them grow healthy and fresh again. It kinda looks stupid now but will this help me of getting the short hairs long again? Any tips?
Hi Emma. Unfortunately, these are baby hairs. I too have bad ones at the front and despite everything I’ve tried, they won’t seem to grow or go! My best suggestion is using hairspray/other products to keep them neatly in place. I’ve found using a volumizing mousse before blow-drying off my forehead seems to work best.
Hi there, thanks for your message. With the inversion method you can sit on a chair and just tip your head forward and over so your hair falls forward – you can then start massaging your head. If you feel lightheaded or dizzy then stop immediately. You can eat plenty of food that’s good for hair growth such as spinach and nuts. To get your hair back to good health I can recommend using coconut oil on your scalp and through the lengths of your hair – you only need a small amount to really inject some moisture into your hair.

My hair actually changes color. It is sometimes red, sometimes brown, and sometimes blond. I don’t know what color it is. It’s naturally very curly, but not ringlets, spirals. It is very, very, soft. if washing would be the reason then let me explain i hope u wud be washing ur face everyday why dont your eyebrows or eyelashes start falling very badly. applying egg is height of stupidity. the only solution is start eating proteinaceous things. hairs do not have pores through egg or other thing can enter and heal them.
Closed pores are far less vulnerable than open pores so by washing your hair in cold water you’ll help protect your scalp from dirt, grease and oil. If pores are sealed then your hair is more likely to be stronger and shed less. This one step can make a huge difference.
