I had hairs just below the hip length… Bt got layer haircut now it is upto midback or waist length..it is due fault of hairdresser 🙁 How long it will take to get my original size of hair.. i.e. upto hip length? I need my original length as soon as possible .. I want the result within 2 months 🙁 Please suggest me some ideas… I dont lyk this length of hair…

Hi Jennifer, thanks for your comment. I know how you feel, your confidence does take such a beating when your hair is not how you would like it to be and it can be very frustrating. It sounds like you’re taking all the right steps to getting your hair back to good health. Eating a protein rich diet with plenty of vegetables and doing a moisturising treatment every week will certainly help, but it might be best to stay away from heat tools at the moment – perhaps you could clip your hair back or use a head tie or hairband to keep those rogue hairs in place for the time being. Perhaps you could see a hair stylist and get some advice on how to naturally style your hair at the moment, without the need for hot tools, while you grow it out? I have found this incredibly useful in the past – they will go through a few different hairstyles with you that will be easy to achieve at home. Have you tried the inversion method or at least gently massaging your scalp? I’m a big fan of this, as I find it increases hair growth but is also really good for your scalp. How often are you washing your hair? It will take time to bring your hair back to good health so continue what you are doing, and I hope you will see some improvement in the next few months. Anushka

Hi there, it’s really up to you. When I apply coconut oil and do the inversion method I do wash my hair every day, but if you don’t like doing this then you can use the oil only before days you wash your hair. I hope that makes sense!

Hi I had the same problem as you and I have to tell you….you have to stop using shampoo and cut the dead parts of your hair off or little by little cut and inch off every two months. For shampoo, use egg white and yolk but separate them into different bowls first. take an electric beater and beat the egg white until it is extremly foamy and theres almost no liquid left…mostly “bubbles” and then add in the yolk and beat until well blended. massage this into every inch of your hair everyday and if you’re afraid of the smell use a drop of essential oil. for conditioner mix a ratio half conditioner and half raw honey but honestly you dont need conditioner after what I tell you. Also when washing out eggs wash out with ice cold water otherwise eggs will be cooked in the hair. The next treatment is proven to work and should only be done if you have no health problems whatsoever. Heat up oliive oil, coconut oil, or rosemary oil. no other oil will work and massage on scalp and ends until everything is covered in oil but not soaked in oil. dip you head upside down for four minites and then do whatever you want but leave the oil in your hair for 2 hours and then wash it out with the egg. Leave egg mixture on hair until it dries and then rinse out. YOU MUST NOT USE SHAMPOO and also OLIVE OIL TREATMENT EVERYDAY FOR A WEEK. NO LONGER THAN THAT AND THEN AFTER A WEEK OF BREAK REPEAT THE OLIVE OIL. your hair will grow 3-4 inches in a week if done right
